A new chapter has begun at Market 1897 by Borb\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1g: the Wine Lab has opened, an authentic cellar space for only 16 guests, where wine is given a new dimension. The renovated yet nostalgically atmospheric venue, evoking the spirit of the past, will host exclusive wine dinners and themed tastings from the end of May, while also providing a unique location for private and corporate events.<\/p>\n

The gastronomic experience is completed by two five-course tasting menus, created in the \u201cmarket-to-table\u201d spirit by \u00c1d\u00e1m Barna and G\u00e1bor Nyilas. The concept aims for wine to be not just a drink, but an experience.<\/p>\n
