A new chapter has begun at Market 1897 by Borb\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1g: the Wine Lab<\/strong> has opened \u2014 a truly authentic cellar space for just 16 guests, where wine takes on a whole new dimension.<\/p>\n

The renewed venue, while still preserving its original atmosphere, will host exclusive wine dinners and themed tastings from the end of May, while also offering a distinctive setting for private and corporate events.<\/p>\n

The gastronomic experience is completed by two different five-course tasting menus, created in the spirit of market-to-table cuisine by \u00c1d\u00e1m Barna<\/span><\/span> and G\u00e1bor Nyilas<\/span><\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The concept\u2019s mission is to make wine more than just a drink \u2014 to turn it into an experience. Wine Lab is both an event venue and a club, created for those who seek more than just a glass of wine.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
