The new home for private events
A new chapter has begun at Market 1897 by Borbíróság: the Wine Lab has opened — a truly authentic cellar space for just 16 guests, where wine takes on a whole new dimension.
The renewed venue, while still preserving its original atmosphere, will host exclusive wine dinners and themed tastings from the end of May, while also offering a distinctive setting for private and corporate events.
The gastronomic experience is completed by two different five-course tasting menus, created in the spirit of market-to-table cuisine by Ádám Barna and Gábor Nyilas.
The concept’s mission is to make wine more than just a drink — to turn it into an experience. Wine Lab is both an event venue and a club, created for those who seek more than just a glass of wine.
