Market 1897 by Borbíróság offers a unique venue for business, family, and social events, where seasonal cuisine, quality wines, and flexible spaces can accommodate any need.
Our venue has three event spaces that can accommodate up to 65 guests: a brighter, more open lower space (max. 20 people), a more intimate upper space (max. 30 people), and a wine cellar (max. 15 people), which can be used separately or together, depending on the nature of the event.

Our menu is clean and well thought out – the market dictates the basics, and we add our own style. With our menu board updated every two weeks, we bring you the atmosphere and flavors of the world's major markets: from Barcelona to Tokyo, Lisbon to Naples, always with new inspiration from the kitchen.
Our wine list features selected wines from our two own wineries, which harmoniously complement the character of our dishes – all complemented by exciting wines from the world's leading wine regions. The atmosphere of the space is filled with the natural blend of a bustling market, good food, and selected wines – with relaxed elegance.
