Duck Sausage, Mixed Green Salad & Sourdough Bread

Our house-made duck sausage, stuffed into natural sheep casing and grilled until golden, is served with a rich paprika-infused roasting jus. We pair it with a fresh mixed green salad dressed in a white wine vinaigrette, alongside crusty sourdough bread.
