“Our Hungarian Cuisine!” – We’re Launching a New Menu
Starting from the evening of June 1, the new menu at Market1897 by Borbíróság will place contemporary Hungarian cuisine in the spotlight.
The selection features complex soups, exciting vegetable stews, dishes made from offal, and regional Hungarian flavors — plates that feel familiar yet present Hungarian gastronomy from a fresh perspective.
It is a much-needed menu that brings back flavors increasingly disappearing from many restaurant offerings.
We believe there is a true demand for these dishes: for Hungarian guests, they evoke nostalgia and rediscovery, while for international visitors, they offer an honest and characterful insight into the essence of Hungarian cuisine.
