A new chapter has begun at Market 1897 by Borbíróság: the Wine Lab has opened, an authentic cellar space for only 16 guests, where wine is given a new dimension. The renovated yet nostalgically atmospheric venue, evoking the spirit of the past, will host exclusive wine dinners and themed tastings from the end of May, while also providing a unique location for private and corporate events.

The gastronomic experience is completed by two five-course tasting menus, created in the “market-to-table” spirit by Ádám Barna and Gábor Nyilas. The concept aims for wine to be not just a drink, but an experience.

The Wine Lab is both an event venue and a club—designed for those who want more than just a glass of wine.
