Feel the market

We currently offer grilled sausage and Békés cigánka with sourdough bread. The sausage comes from Mezőberény, from Ágnes Schaffer, who has won first prize five times at the Csaba Sausage Festival. The cigánka, made from fresh sausage meat and pork liver, is fried until crispy and served with artisanal mustard and homemade pickles – a true market-to-table experience, bringing the atmosphere of the market to your plate.

Our Madrid-style tripe is slow-cooked until perfectly tender, enriched with bold, spicy chorizo that brings deep, smoky notes to the dish. Every bite reflects the rich traditions of Spanish cuisine, reimagined with a modern touch. Served with crusty sourdough bread, ideal for soaking up the flavorful paprika-tomato sauce. A dish that captures the vibrant atmosphere of Madrid’s bustling markets and the true essence of Spanish gastronomy.
